The sample contained 600 participants, aged 25-65, of whom 333 were males (55.5%) and 267 females (44.5%), were randomly sampled from all residents of the Druze villages in the Galilee and Carmel regions of Israel. The quantitative questionnaire contained 11 items, and A qualitative questionnaire containing two open-ended questions, In addition, the study used a short socio-demographic questionnaire ( age, gender, and education).The study found that there are those who encourage and promote the candidacy of Druze women for leading positions in politics, while others prefer to hinder the progress of Druze women, We concluded that there has been an increase in the level of awareness among members of the Druze community regarding the integration of women in local and National politics Most of the factors cited stem from the cultural-religious contexts and stereotypical perceptions that women do not have leadership skills. From the findings it can be concluded that there is an increase in awareness among members of the Druze community regarding the rising status of women in general, and particularly their integration into social and political life.</p> Fathi Shamma Eman Safadi Amir Knifes Copyright (c) 2024 2024-10-08 2024-10-08 11 4 88 95 10.20448/ajssms.v11i4.6005 Enhancing innovation in elementary dance classrooms through the learning community model https://mail.asianonlinejournals.com/index.php/AJSSMS/article/view/6180 <p>This study aimed to: (1) investigate current conditions and practices in developing dance classrooms using the learning community model for elementary dance teachers; (2) create a dance classroom using the learning community model with elementary dance teachers; and (3) assess the effectiveness of this development approach. The study includes 20 experts studying existing circumstances and making recommendations using questionnaires and interviews. There were 150 elementary school kids and six volunteer instructors among the participants. The research techniques comprised a dance classroom setting, a competency evaluation form for dance teachers, an assessment of students' innovation ability, and an opinion questionnaire. The data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and t-tests. It found that creating a dance classroom required four steps: (1) surveying, (2) planning, (3) managing, and (4) applying. The main results were: (1) dance teachers' abilities significantly improved at .05; (2) students' average abilities increased during the study, with the experimental group performing significantly better than the control group; and (3) the experimental group demonstrated a significantly higher ability to create dance innovations than the control group at the.05 level. A quantitative approach is employed using a survey to gather information from Al Maaref University students about the determinants influencing their intentions to invest in crowdfunding and to explain how such factors affect their attitudes towards crowdfunding decisions. This study found that emotions and attitudes as well as attitudes and PBC are statistically and positively related. Moreover, personality types ‘Agreeableness (A) and Neuroticism (N)’ have a positive impact on PBC (with p ˂ 10%), and subjective norms (SN) have a direct influence on engagement intention (EI) (p ˂ 5%). PBC has a positive impact on EI (p ˂ 5%), and risk preferences have a positive impact on EI (with p ˂ 10%). In addition, results show that personality types do not have a positive impact on SN, and personality types Extraversion (E), Conscientiousness (C), and Openness (O), do not have a positive impact on PBC. Subjective norms do not have a positive impact on attitudes (p ˃ 5%). Moreover, PBC does not have a direct influence on SN or behavior, risk preferences do not have a positive impact on EI (p ˃ 5%), and demographic factors do not have a positive impact on EI. The findings of the study shall promote the comprehension of the influences that motivate young entrepreneurs to participate in crowdfunding campaigns. The methodological possibilities of the digital environment allow not only to provide foreign students with the necessary knowledge and skills for interaction in a multicultural space, but also systematically build various aspects of professional competence, bringing it to the level of prolonged self-development. In this study, we analyzed the current concepts of digitalization of professional training of students to select practices that are suitable for integration into the Russian higher education system. The aim of this work is to challenge the negative view of digitalization of higher professional education and define conditions for the reform of the content of the professional training of foreign students. The following research methods were used: 1) review of the relevant literature; 2) analysis of modern pedagogical practices of teaching foreign students in remote conditions; 3) analysis of statistical data evaluating the state of digitalization of professional training in a university. As a result, we identified three groups of concepts for the digitalization of professional training: 1) self-regulated learning; 2) supportive learning; 3) generating learning.
