Paper Selection and Publishing Process
1. Submission Acknowledgement
Authors submitting their manuscripts online will receive an automatic submission acknowledgment. Additionally, within one to three business days, an official confirmation email will be sent by the editor or editorial assistant. Authors who do not receive confirmation should check their bulk email folder or contact the editorial office.
2. Peer Review Process
- The editorial team assesses whether a submission aligns with the journal's scope and objectives.
- A plagiarism check is conducted using CrossCheck (iThenticate) to verify originality.
- A double-blind peer review system ensures confidentiality for both reviewers and authors.
- Each manuscript is evaluated by two external experts and one journal-affiliated editor.
- Papers outside the journal's scope or failing plagiarism checks are not accepted.
3. Decision Making
- Acceptance or rejection is based on peer-review recommendations.
- If reviewers provide conflicting opinions, the editor/managing editor makes the final decision after considering all feedback.
- A second round of peer review may be initiated if necessary.
